New Home Inspection

As a former construction superintendent with one of the nation’s largest new home builders, Chris knows what it takes to deliver a quality home without flaws. Chris has the eye and the knowledge to spot potential issues of concern, so that you can confidently approach your builder with any last-minute items that need attention. We will happily demonstrate and explain the systems in your new home so that you can Rest Assured they work properly and that you know how to maintain them.

11-Month Builder Warranty Inspection

Just as with most products, your home most likely comes with a new home warranty, most are for a year. Being one of the largest and most expensive purchases you will make, it only makes sense to have an inspection completed prior to your warranty expiration date. Rest Assured that with this valuable information, you’ll be informed about items that need to be addressed with your builder.

New Build/Phase Inspections

New homes are built at a rapid pace and items are often missed or overlooked prior to being covered-up and hidden in the foundation or walls forever. Rest Assured offers a multi-inspection discount and provides phase inspections covering the foundation, framing, electrical and mechanicals, to include the heating and air conditioning system as well as the plumbing and ventilation. These “punch-list” items can be provided to your construction manager for correction prior to insulation and sheet-rock installation. Prior to closing on your new home we complete the process with the final inspection covering top out items such as plumbing and electrical systems, roof coverings, installed appliances and many more items.
